Magnify was founded by Sarah Taylor. Sarah started her career as a business analyst at Spectrum Strategy Consultants advising clients in the media and telecoms sector before training as a journalist at the BBC. She went on to spend 15 years producing and directing science and observational documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4 and Discovery. 

At the start of the pandemic, Sarah started to apply her scientific and journalistic skills to the corporate world. She drew on her passion for neuroscience and story-telling to design learning experiences and launched a series of highly regarded "Optimising the Brain" workshops. 

The popularity of her workshops grew and she was invited to deliver training for companies including HSBC, Sonova, McDonalds and to audiences of 1000+ at the Asian conglomerate Jardine Matheson's LearnFest. 

Sarah founded Magnify in 2022 to apply her passion for people development to the StartUp world.
